- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The WORST customer service by one of their Loan Officers, Amber C., I have ever experienced. Her level of professionalism needs ALOT of work. It was very clear that she herself does not understand the loan process and she is supposedly there to help??? It might would help if she would answer her phone or at least return your phone call. A professional bank employee would not answer an email, "Oops my bad". I will be sure not to send anyone your way!! Advise to the public stay away!!!
